Febooti fileTweak Case module is a freeware utility that can be used either as stand alone utility or as a module of fileTweak. Smart Titles option added to Title Case scheme to exclude capitalization of prepositions and conjunctions.
FileTweak Case now supports very long path and file names up to 32,767 characters.
